Changed your mind about a paid PDF?

For a UK consumer buying digital content, the cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day the contract is made. You do not need a reason to cancel while that right applies.

If supply starts within that period after you expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose the cancellation right, that right ends when supply begins. The required confirmation must also be provided. The fact that a product is a PDF does not, by itself, remove your cancellation rights. Where the required consent, acknowledgement or confirmation was not obtained, the relevant cancellation protection remains.

To cancel where you have the right, send a clear statement to our email or postal address before the deadline. You may use the optional template below. For a valid statutory cancellation, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within 14 days of being told you are cancelling, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

Missing, damaged or misdescribed files

First check the Payhip order email and the download or printing instructions. If the link or PDF will not work, or the content is not as described, contact us. Paid digital content must meet the standards required by consumer law. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to repair or replacement, or an appropriate price reduction, which can be the full price. These rights are separate from changing your mind and still apply after an immediate download.

Paperbacks bought on Amazon

Open “Your Orders” on Amazon and use the order-help, return or refund options for that book. The seller named on the order handles the purchase under its terms and applicable consumer law. Please use Amazon’s instructions for where to send a return; our correspondence address is not an Amazon returns address.
