These terms explain the Cute Cosy Colouring website and our printable permissions. You can save or print this page using your browser. Nothing here removes consumer rights that apply by law.

Choosing and ordering a book

This website introduces our books and links to separate product pages. “View PDF on Payhip” opens the printable listing; payment and file delivery take place there. Paperback links open Amazon, where the seller, price, delivery and order terms are shown. We do not take payments or collect card details on this website.

Before ordering, check the title, edition, digital or printed format, page count, paper size, price, currency, any applicable tax and total charges on the listing and checkout. Digital and paperback editions may differ. A coming-soon label is not a preorder or a confirmed release date. If you notice a mismatch, email us before purchasing.

Printable downloads

A printable download is a digital PDF, not a posted book. You need a device and software that can open a PDF, a printer or access to printing, and suitable paper. Paper, ink and colouring materials are not included. Use the specifications supplied with the particular download and print one page first to check the fit. Keep the Payhip order email for access and support.

Paid PDF printing licence

When you buy one of our printable PDFs, you may print pages for your own use, your household, and colouring activities you lead in a classroom or care-home group. You may give printed pages to participants in those groups for their own colouring.

Please keep the digital file with the purchaser. Do not share, upload, redistribute or resell the PDF, or sell copies of the uncoloured pages. Contact us if you need permission for another use.

Any specific permissions agreed with you or supplied for a particular product take precedence for that product. This wording does not reduce permissions already granted with an earlier purchase.

Free samples and activity packs

Free packs may have different permissions. Check the licence on the free product listing or inside the pack. If it does not explain the use you have in mind, ask us before sharing the file or using it more widely. You do not need to join the club to use the free-download link.

Changes, problems and your rights

Prices, availability and forthcoming titles can change. Updated website wording does not retrospectively change an existing order. For a missing or faulty download, a cancellation request or a complaint, see our Returns and Refunds Information and contact hello@cutecosycolouring.com. For an Amazon order, use the order-help options in your Amazon account.

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation. Buying a download gives the stated permission to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the artwork. Contact us if you need a permission not covered here.
